There should be a poll that would ask players which patch they think the server(s) should be at, and why .

I would personally go for 1.10 or 1.12, because I personally would just want 1.10 for weather and all content below (especially Ahn'Quiraj) but many players enjoy the old Naxx, although if I had to choose between 1.12 and 1.11 I would go for 1.12 for its zone pvp additions (those werent amazing, but they were still a great addon to the Plaguelands and Silithus)
